They twisted my arm to buy their car health check and tracking device that stays plugged into the OBD port. I didn’t want it and don’t need it because of redundancy. Then they didn’t contact my rental car office as promised to pick up the rental I was driving so I paid for three extra days of car rental due to their lack of integrity. It sat on their lot with no phone call to Enterprise as promised, or to me. Enterprise called me eventually asking where their rental was. I called to complain and the dealership hung up the phone on me when I wouldn’t “negotiate” the matter. It was their promise to me. Then, after nearly six weeks I still didn’t have my new license plates. I couldn’t get info from DOV so I contacted the dealer as a last resort to inquire about my plates. They had them there! They never bothered to contact me to say they had my license plates so I could pick them up or request they mail them to me. Absolutely horrible buying experience. In the Puget Sound region there are several good car dealerships. I recommend everyone go elsewhere. I bought a very low mileage used 2021 Toyota Corolla XSE and it’s a great car. Too bad I couldn’t get a more respectful business to sell it. Once they had my signatures they didn’t give a damn about me. Repeat business should be on their minds. I’ll never go there again.
