    Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Finance department tried sneaking in a 6500$ extended warranty into the deal. Finally caught it right before closing when I looked at the itemized list. Dropped my payment about 100 afterwards. Paid about 34K including TTL.

    What accessories or protection packages did they require you to purchase and how much did they charge you?They charged me roughly $700 for the carpet mats and paint protection sealant on the car. They also charged me $995 for a ceramic coating and window tint. I was able to ask them to go above $600 over my carmax trade in value to offset some of these costs.
    Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?As good as this dealership is, they will try and nickel and dime you. I had agreed on a trade-in value over the phone with the internet specialist. When I came in, they wanted to offer me $2.5k lower than what we had signed and agreed on. I was upset because I drove from Houston and they tried to pull this on me. I was not unprepared though, I brought my carmax offers that were offered to me post inspection as well as another Toyota dealership offer. They tried to work up the value closer to what we agreed on, but I ultimately decided it wasn't about getting close. It was about the principle of accepting what we agreed on and they finally gave me what I asked for after I threatened to walk out several times.

    What accessories or protection packages did they require you to purchase and how much did they charge you?Originally they were charging over $900. It was soft and I negotiated down to $499 for ceramic protection and tint. They were firm at that point.
    Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?They were nice. The building is very nice, new, and clean. There’s a lot of people there and helpful. But unfortunately, they wouldn’t budge on the accessories.
