Roger Beasley now uses an express online purchase experience through Roadster. I reserved an incoming CX-5 Turbo with my sales person because there was a particular color I wanted. When it came in I got a call to confirm and then an email gave me the option to use the "Express" service (which is Roadster). I found my vehicle I wanted to lease, entered my current lease info and details/pictures to verify my car's condition and about 8 hours later I had my deal put together the way I wanted it. I spent maybe an hour on the computer, in the comfort of my own home, on this purchase. When I got to the dealership, I handed my sales guy my keys and he handed me the keys to my new vehicle. I took off on a test drive while they verified my vehicles condition. When I got back, I waited about 15 minutes and then signed all my paperwork and drove off in my new car. They pretty much matched the trade in offer that Carmax sent me for my 2019 CX-5 Signature (with 23K miles) and allowed me to use all that equity on my new lease which gave me a really great deal on my new car. Very satisfied with this dealer and it's not a fluke. They've been this straight up since I've been going there. And, I've been using the same sales guy!!
