Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?SCREW THIS DEALER! Let me start off by saying. It was honestly our fault at first. We should've realized it was too good to be true. They had 2 vehicle practically the same thing, same trim, color, most likely options. Oddly enough the one we didn't look at was priced more expensive and had 30k more miles than the one we looked at with lower mileage and a lower price. This dealer was known to usually price cars a lot higher than the average dealer in Houston. But man after test driving the car we sat down and man... Let's just say it was a nightmare. The salesperson, which by the way didn't even try to like persuade us in anyway. Wasn't smiling at all. Nothing. Man he sat down. Gave us a piece of paper with all his numbers. And tried to diverge our eyes to the price after all the mark up rather than the posted sticker price. The price/sticker was 27,500 or so. But after all their BS mark up adding a additional 5000++ make it around 33k then they added ttl based on that 33k turning the car around 36k. Literally in 2 mins the car suddenly is almost 10k more then what listed. So after we were literally just shocked and just didn't accept the price they given us. The the salesperson went to talk to the sales manager. And that mother trucker and his little group of salesmen at the counter just went straight laughing and point at us. Literally belittling us at a distance. So after the manager and the sales person came... They printed out a piece of paper that "claims to have every highlander similar to the one we look at and showed that they were #1 in terms of pricing." But in reality it was just the listing price they posted the 27500 not the 33k. Funny enough. Most of those suppose highlanders were all listed like more than 30-50 miles away at that point is it really that relevant? I literally told them it's not the real price your basing that on. Anyone that somewhat technically incline can post a better listing. But in reality that number never actually existed. Looking back at it. Big red flag other than the other car they had we didn't looked at. Is the fact that their dealer was the most nicest dealership I've ever walked in terms of Toyota/regular branded. I argue I've seen uglier luxury brand dealers then that one. Man I bet they literally stole so so much from others. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COST. PLEASEEE!
