The dealership required the purchase of the APEX windshield protection plan for $795 (WINDSHIELD REPAIR PROTECTION WARRANTY powered by C-BOND). Dealership also required the purchase of APEX Protect GPS vehicle management for $795. The final required purchase Honda Protection Pkg for $695 (wheel locks, splash guards, trunk tray and nitrogen). Dealership started out with $3,854 in dealer added equipment costs. See attached pictures. Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? Had to file complaints with American Honda, TX DMV and TX OCCC to get the dealership to issue me a C-Bond sticker that happened to "fall off" after purchase. I have pressed the dealership on providing proof of the C-Bond installation. Sales manager said it is installed on windshield by the contracted PDI team. Sales manager Nate really makes you work for a decent price. They will low ball trade-in but luckily had a CarMax trade-in quote for leverage. Ask the sales team for every piece of information to provide an informed decision. We almost walked and at times wish I would have walked based on after purchase issues. Good news was the YAA Extended Warranty quote helped get me the Honda Care 8yr/120,000 VSC for $1435 with $0 deductible. This is supposedly only $100 above dealership cost.

Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? Our family saved for 2 years to be able to pay 11,000 cash down. And wasn't delivered properly when I returned and wanted my fair deal on a 38000. Car, one guy treated me like I was a bum off the street asking for food out of the dumpster, not even the trash can in the building. It was the worst car buying experience of my life. I left in tears. And went straight to the top. And called every single day for 2 weeks.
