    Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Horrible first time new car buyer experience. I decided to buy new due to used being almost the same price. Like most dealers the vehicle was in transit and not at the dealer. I was shocked when I got a call about 10 days later saying it was in early. I went to the dealer on Saturday 4/16 an hour and a half from my house only to find out it was at the distribution center and not at the dealer. The process was long and very slow, they asked to look at my trade in which was valued by KBB at 4-6K salesman came back with a $1500 offer which blew my mind since they were advertising highest trade in offers ever. I told the salesman I will keep my trade and just by the vehicle to which he responded they will not sell me the vehicle unless I trade in my vehicle I asked him why and he said due to the current market and then asked what I would take for it. I said $4000 and they came back with $3000 which I agreed to not wanting to continue to waste time. Second thing that blew my mind he asked how much I wanted to put down, the purchase price was $42,000 after trade I told him I would put 30K down he left came back with the monthly payments and told me the most I could put down was 20k I was blown away and asked why, he said the were not interested in loaning me 12k it wasn't worth there time and said I could do as little as 5k down. I told him we would put 20k down. After a lengthy wait we were sent to the finance department. I did my research in advance and knew Honda was offering a 1.9% interest rate on the Odyssey specifically, for well qualified buyers and we are well qualified byers so I was interested to see what they were going to offer us. They offered us a 5.5% interest rate I was shocked again and asked why so much after what I had seen advertised in there website, he left came back and said due to that being an in demand vehicle, what a joke I agreed, only due to the fact that we need a vehicle and I can pay this off in 2-3 months. We are not happy with this experience and were told several times that they could sell this to someone else and make more money like they were doing us a favor, they also tried to get us to sign over the title to our trade before they even told us what the interest rate would be. We will NEVER go back to this dealer
