Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?I had an above the board experience with this dealership and am overall happy with it. I was able to negotiate a higher trade in value for my 2015 Hyundai Elantra than what they originally offered (car has a bit of exterior damage, stained seats, and these models were notorious for a piston slap and my state wasn’t included in the recall). They have little to no inventory on hand, but we went at a time when they’d just received an allocation of cars from Toyota. My wife and I were able to test drive a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid to see how it drove, then pick out a car that was yet to be built and put a $5000 deposit down on it to secure it. Still waiting to see if they can change the color and remove two accessories we stated we didn’t want in the system, or if the color will stay the same and they’ll remove the accessories at the dealership when it arrives. They gave us all of the paperwork with the final price before down payment, which won’t be due until the car comes in and we go through the financing process. They wouldn’t budge on their markup, which is why I gave a 7/10. For anybody looking to avoid that, maybe look elsewhere. But we got a new car within the payment range we wanted with all of the features we wanted, so I’m happy.
