    Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Inquired about buying a 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid, said they had one on the lot that was just delivered, was upfront about extra $2000 above MSRP, which I was willing to swallow since it was on the lot. After test driving, the sales rep had taken my information and explained that the price was $5000 above MSRP if paid cash or $2000 if financed through their preferred banks. Vehicle came with factory and port installed accessories that added $3800, would not budge on price at all stating there was no negotiating at all. Went through the application and came back stating they had one offer for us, and that since LTV was above 80% they were requiring GAP and the addition of VSA, which added over $4k additional. I asked for the contract and pointed out the declination option and that it was not required for credit, they said that this was the offer take it or leave it. I asked for the F&I manager and explained that they cannot require me to take a VSA to obtain credit and that they are able to give me the financing offer just not willing, and the F&I manager said that we're not required to buy the car and they're not required to sell us the car. We walked out with no car that day after putting in hours of work mainly because of how rude the employees were about the whole deal.
