Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Good dealership. This is the second car that Ive purchased from a Hendrick dealership. First one being in Charlotte, where I got my Honda Accord. Fairly smooth process. The sales guy at this dealership was a bit more salesy than I would like (But I believe he was just trying to get a good rating but felt he was trying too hard). The F&I office was also a smooth process. He wasn't trying to push anything that did not make sense (For ex: Gap insurance). I did not get the extended warranty from them as they only covered 7 years or 85000 miles vs what I was getting at YAA which is 10 yrs and 100,000 miles for basically the same price. I obviously went with YAA. Since I have a Hendrick dealership in charlotte as well, I also pre purchased the oil change package which covers oil changes till 100,000 miles (I forget the exact price, but it was very reasonable). I would not recommend the hendrick car care package though. Not really worth the price. Overall, in my experience a 'A' rating. My negotiating skills is what I'll rate a 'B' (which was previously a D :)). But I'm still happy with the purchase. Thank you YAA.
