Very good experience overall. I was able to negotiate a price I felt was fair without a lot of the normal back and forth gamesmanship. The finance manager DID sell me on tire & wheel and maintenance packages. However, I wrote him the next day with buyers remorse and was easily able to remove those packages and got a full refund within 7 business days!
