|Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?||I was lucky enough to have the exact truck I was looking for show up on the lot, when I was ready to buy, and had already recently visited a few oher dealerships to know exactly what my trade was worth, and had a good idea about the current new, auto market as well.
Heritage wasn't a pushover when it came to negotiating, but they never said "No" to any of my counteroffers. My sales person, John Bender, was always willing to see if he could do that. They gave me more for my trade (2017 Tacoma) than 5 other dealerships in the last 6 months and came to $500 under MSRP in order to make a deal on that day.
F+I was not overly pushy, but the easiest thing for me, in the F+I office, is that I do not plan to keep this new truck for more than 3 years. It was easy to say no to all of the products offered and it was difficult for the F+I manager to pursue a sale of any of those items as well.
The sales staff accommodated a few odd requests I had (swapping some items off of my trade onto the new truck) which was a request that was absolutely denied by the big dealership in Mechanicsburg.
Overall, very pleased with the experience, and I will be returning for future purchases and sending family and friends there as well.|
