Truly outstanding, I trust his knowledge of the product, commitment, and concern for the customer. I have bought five Jeeps from him over the years. He is knows his vehicles and his customers. He makes sure things are right to include running to service and/or parts to make sure I will get an accessory I wanted to add. And he always follows up. I did buy a extended service contract because I wanted one. I had to order the Jeep Wrangler JL from the factory, a process Craig undertook and assisted line for line. The vehicle arrived ahead of time. There were no up-charges or add-ons in my order. What I approved is what I got. I am a new YAA member and follow the youtube updates daily and felt well prepared to make the purchase.
