Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? So I ordered my car in early November and was told that it would arrive sometime in May as an estimate. Luckily the car was completed and on the way in January. With all the shipping stuff happening it didn't arrive till late February, still earlier than expected! When I showed up to pick up my car, they told me that I had locked in rates from the day I ordered it. They honored the locked in rates and also tacked on all the rebates that were available for the car. I was offered the extra fluff many times but I denied all of them except GAP, that is something I'm willing to pay for since my insurance doesn't offer that coverage. Despite all that, the process was pretty painless and I got away with only paying some doc and title fees and the "privilege tax" here in Oregon. You will see a plate charge on the document but that was for a custom plate and it was denied and the $200 was refunded via check within 3 days. If your looking for a car that is on the lot, this is not the place to look for one. We walked outside to check on the Bronco's and trucks, each were marked up +40,000-60,000 on top of MSRP. The black diamond Bronco was marked up +100,000 in February, I can't even imagine what they are now. If you have the ability to snag an allocation, that is the only way you will get that MSRP. Side note: They did not tell me to pay extra or bother me with anything to hold my spot in line or anything like that for allocation. I will tell you that if you do not pick up the vehicle within 3 days, expect an instant mark-up of +40,000. The reason I gave this dealership a 6 out of 10 recommendation is because the mark ups and they do not negotiate, the "I have someone coming to look at it today," excuse comes into play.
