Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?I had a good initial experience with this dealership. Then this: I initially ordered a new Tacoma. Then decided later to get a 4Runner. Very long story, but the upshot is they actually had one in freight status without anyone attached to it yet. So I put a down payment on it and was told Sept. 1 arrival. On Sept. 4 I called and asked the status of my new car. Their reply was, What new car? And that's how it went. The story was someone had made a typo on the stock number and my name did not get attached to the car I put the down payment on. So the car did arrive on Sept. 1 and they sold it within 24 hours. They told me they were going to make things right. Evidently in this day of car sales that means simply finding another one. Which they did, but it was newer and had more goodies, therefore, $3K more. So yes, they met the absolute minimum a business should strive for and 7 weeks later my new car arrived. They were unwilling to go above or beyond basic sales service. They are in the drivers seat with sales these days and took advantage of there own mistake to create a one time buyer. I will not be returning to Beaverton for any other vehicles in the future and they know that-they just didn't care.
