Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Price listed was $20,200. After test driving the vehicle, they tried to charge a $1995 market adjustment on this 2013 vehicle. I negotiated down to $20,500 OTD which brought the vehicle price to below the listed price online, declined all extras, and walked out the door with the vehicle at $20,500. When talking to the salesman, he said that Palisades are going for $10k over MSRP, and even the Accent which is their lowest model is going for $6k over.

Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Did the deal through phone/email, and with being out of state, gave me a proper OTD price. The only reason they get a 7 is because of the practice in the finance office. I wanted GAP, and maybe an VSC, but was told that you can have GAP at a discounted rate if you purchase the VSC. When I changed my mind, I only wanted GAP as I found out YAA offered VSC. Told the dealer to remove the VSC, and was charged the full GAP which was from a different company than its VSC. (Signed papers in person as the ones mailed to me had the VSC on it for $2500!) Overall, it was seamless if I were to decline all extras.
