| Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? | I was dealing with two sales people due to schedule conflicts, both whom were pleasant and helpful. I had visited other dealerships but returned to Halleen Kia because of the way I was treated, and mostly because they offered the the best out the door price. The vehicle was being delivered to their sister dealership in a few weeks and I was asked to provide a five hundred dollar, non refundable deposit to hold the vehicle, which I was not thrilled about, but not that big of a problem. When the vehicle arrived and I came to sign the paperwork I was pleasantly surprised. Even though they did offer extended warranties and protections, once I declined, that was the end, no high-pressure tactics. I was driving away in my new car less than two hours after I had arrived. I have purchased many vehicles in my time and so far, this has been my best car buying experience, and i give credit to YAA, because I was armed with knowledge. |
