What accessories or protection packages did they require you to purchase and how much did they charge you? They charge $1390: a security system ($795) and paint protection ($595) but that is in place of dealer markup.
Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?I only spoke with Jose C. by phone but he was good about getting back to me each week when he knew which cars they were being allotted. Their $1390 charge above MSRP was probably the most reasonable markup I saw on any Toyota dealer in San Diego County. That price is meant for residents of San Diego County although you may be able to get your local dealer to match it. This review is for Toyota Chula Vista.

Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? One Subaru of Hayward was a great dealership to buy our 2022 Crosstrek. They are a one price store, so no markups. They also only have one person helping you so there's no going to talk to the manager to see what they can do. Overall, great experience and upfront pricing.

What fees did they add and how much did they charge you?
What accessories or protection packages did they require you to purchase and how much did they charge you?Accessories: Unknow at the moment since the car was in transit and Sales Manager didn't want to provide detailed information. I didn't go into the F&I office since they weren't willing to work any type of deal with me. They were pushing to sell the car as is with a mark up of $6,000. As I browsed before I was contacted by a sales rep., I noticed most of the cars included this $6,000 mark up.
Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? In 2020 while searching for my first vehicle, I came to Clawson Honda and had the same issue I experienced today. Dealership is UNWILLING to negotiate and I bought a car from a different dealership at a fair price. I ended up buying a 2018 Honda Accord LX. Unfortunately, I was rear ended, and my car was considered a total loss on March of 2022. Which brings us to today: I walked into the dealership with low expectations due to my prior experience mentioned above. I was looking to buy a 2022 Honda Accord Touring, due to the shortage of vehicles, the Sales Rep. provided me a list of a few vehicles they would receive soon since none were available at the dealership. They had the exact car I wanted coming in about a week or two, but the price for the vehicle was $45,940 when MSRP is $38,450 per Honda.com. I mentioned this to the sales rep., whom brought over their assistant manager. They wanted to talk numbers, and I asked for their best out the door price. After mentioning this, they went ahead and brought their Sales Manager to talk to me in regards to the Out the Door Price. If you guessed $45,940 plus Taxes and Fees, you are correct! For a total of approximately $51,000. I tried negotiation on removing the mark up or receiving a significant discount, but the Sales Manager wasn't interested in working anything out and mentioned "Somebody is willing to buy this car because they NEED it" and the whole "shortage of cars, so we have to charge a mark up", and guaranteed that no dealerships would remove their mark up or lower it either. But as I learned from YAA and watching all your amazing videos, I was prepared with a response for all these statements and additional ones not mentioned above made by the Sales Manager. I assured him I didn't need the car since I have an additional car I am using for now, but wanted a new car. After several attempts to convince me to buy the car as is, he learned I would not budge and told me there was nothing he could do for me and decided to leave. I walked away feeling great about my decision even though it was the car I wanted. Without you guys, I most likely would've fell for it and bought the car. Now the search continues! :) Overall: Sales Representative and Assistant Manager seemed interested in helping me out. But once they brought it up to their Sales Manager, he showed zero interest on negotiating or working anything out. He was unprofessional and does not have the customers best interest at heart. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. With this being said, not only did they lose the sale of a vehicle today and future purchases, but I will be taking my services (maintenances, repairs, etc.) to a different location.

What accessories or protection packages did they require you to purchase and how much did they charge you?Their $2,000 dealer addon package is now more expensive. I couldn't even get a final quote on it only that their prices on it went "up". We didn't get far enough in the conversation because once they said "Market Adjustments" our conversation ended quickly. Previously I was able to negotiate this package down from $2,000 to $500.
Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?I have been working with Toyota of Rockwall for almost a year looking at their used cars and new cars. Up until this last month they were not doing the package and markup game. They finally gave in so I give up. They've lost my business. They previously were not doing market adjustments. Now they are and won't budge off them. My salesman was upfront before we even talked price over the phone that the car I was looking at two months ago for MSRP was now basically going to be $4,000-$5,000 above MSRP plus tax now. Market adjustments mean I can no longer recommend this dealer any more. I wish I could delete my previous review.

Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?A very professional and friendly staff. No pressure, no BS, but you have to stand your ground with the finance manager. I recommend ordering under xplan, saves 4 grand under MSRP. Korum Lincoln is the best west of the cascade's in Washington. I checked all the other dealers.

What accessories or protection packages did they require you to purchase and how much did they charge you?Dealership is part of Southeast Toyota Distributors, and has accessories that are on the Monroney sticker, and can’t be changed. Not really dealers fault. Could have gotten most of these add on’s directly from the dealership for less then half the cost if they weren’t forced add on’s.
Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Fantastic experience. No pressure, pricing exactly as previously discussed, very smooth vehicle purchase. And this is only the second time in my car buying history that I left with a new vehicle, and felt good!!!

Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. The extended warranty they offered me was nearly $3000 and when I told them about the price of the warranty through yaa, they dropped the price to 1900, which they stated was $100 over their cost. They were very accommodating in that way.
