Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Advertised as MSRP and salesman even said it was the price. Once there it was selling for $10,000 above MSRP market adjustment; I was able to come down to $5,000 above MSRP. I actually did ok because my 2020 trade-in was worth more than I thought. Quick sale, I didn't need anything answered; spent more time with FM. I pointed out a few blemishes that I was told would be repaired, just asked me to take pictures the next day and send (in the day light). Sent the pictures - not a word from them since; calls not returned. Salesman quoted one rate/payment, FM another. Two weeks later I had to come back and re-do paperwork with a different bank, higher rate; not a huge bank buster, but still I had to drive to the dealer, sign paperwork all over; just another 40 minutes gone. FM assured me the trade-in would be paid off with no issue. Only issue was the January due date came and went and GMF didn't care that one of its dealers hadn't paid it off. It took over one month. GMF hit my credit with a late payment but they fixed the problem. I won't return to this dealer; this was our third Chevy from them but they took advantage of the market and the times. I'm still waiting for them to make good on their word about fixing the blemishes.
