Six months ago when we bought our used 2018 Tacoma our salesman was great to work with and we feel that we got a great deal considering our trade was an 2007 Tacoma with 230k miles and the transmission was in need of repair. They gave us 5500.00 for it. Over the winter our salesman was promoted to sales manager and I had to work with a newbie. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with but needs to work on his people skills and to be more attentive to his customers. I first went looking in mid February for a Corolla Hybrid, long story short had to find one with everything I was looking for and the color to allocate it. It arrived on 3/29/22 and I came in on 3/30/22 to finalize the deal. They wouldn’t give me more than 35k for my trade (2018 Ram 2500 BigHorn with 67k miles) at first they were only going to give me 33k. I decided to make calls and post on Facebook Marketplace on a Sunday afternoon and had two dealerships contact me the next day. One offered $36,500 and the other $37,100. I was really happy with the 37,100 and they came and picked it up at my home two days later. Through much research and a plethora of YAA videos (thank you Zach and Ray!!)
