I had the pleasure of working with Josh Carpenter and Aaron Minish (sales) and Judah Eastman (finance manager). They never tried to push me to just buy anything that they had available. Josh was even pretty transparent about the option of ordering a car, but that I'd need to wait for awhile for it to be ready. They gave me the opportunity to test different options in the lot, but they never tried to sell the most expensive car in the lot. Instead, they were responsive to what I was looking for. Unlike other dealers, ZERO markup applies here. Judah helped me getting zero APR and at any moment tried to charge me any extra fees or sell me pre paid services or extended warranties. I was kind of rushing to get the car in the same day I saw it without detailing or cleaning it. Josh reached out to me to make sure that I will return to get it done, and Chris Bradley (General Sales Manager) emailed me to make sure that I am all set with the car. 100% recommend them and for sure will come back for future deals.
