Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? My daughter was involved in an accident and her car was totaled, so we had to make a purchase in this market. I called/emailed/requested info from at least 8 dealerships in 3 states (Honda and Nissan dealers for a civic or Sentra) before finding this dealer who actually had a car in stock, would sell it at msrp, and didn't have "mandatory" protection packages as part of the sale. My salesperson was easy to deal with and very friendly. My only complaint was with the finance department. I was interested in a lease or finance, but I was quoted at least 2-3 points higher for both options than what was listed on their own website (and Nissan's), and my credit is excellent. I got so frustrated that I just paid cash instead of pad their back end profits as well. The only extra I purchased was oil changes for 3 years for $199, which I felt was reasonable.
