I am not am YAA Member, but I would like to give a shout out to a Salesman at a Dealership. His name is Jim Happe. Mr. Happe helped me get a friends elderly Mother into a new Jetta after she totalled her old Jetta. Mr. Happe was VERY sweet and did not pressure either of us or try to upsell us into getting something she did not need. He's a 10 out of 10!!!!!
