Won't do pass throughs. Can't pay for taxes, title, etc on your own at the DMV. You have to pay them at the dealership. Does not accept deposits for incoming vehicles. First come first serve. Refused to show me the buy rate for financing. Refused to show me the dealer invoice. They weren't too pushy on accessories or extra packages in finance. If you said no, they seemed to let it go.
