What accessories or protection packages did they require you to purchase and how much did they charge you? They sold 600 under MSRP with a generous trade value, but only after I agreed to finance (I was originally going to pay cash). They required tint and paint/fabric protection, they came down from 1000 to 700 for those items.
Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? We were told it would be here in 1-2 weeks, month at the longest. At the one month mark, there was a problem it turned out. The vehicle was damaged in transit before arriving, and was not back at the factory. They ended up undoing the deal, but they were very hard to deal with in getting it taken care of. We asked them to send our title and refund check but they insisted we come in. For several days, they kept telling us "a few days." Jose, our sales rep, finally told us to be there at 12 the next day. When my wife got there, they then told her no one could write the check, but that they could mail it - which is what we originally asked to do. The floor manager, Alex, "guaranteed" that we would get the check Monday or Tuesday the following week, but when I called Tuesday, he said it would be another day. The original deal was about what you would expect - it was a good enough price and easy enough to negotiate, but everything that dealt with customer service and experience after the fact was terrible. Would not recommend, particularly if Jose is your sales guy.

Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?I brought my truck brand new in 2017. I was so uneducated when I went in to purchase. Now that I'm more educated, I realized that I've been bamboozled. My interest rate was extremely high and when I got to the finance office the F&I guy went over things really fast. 5 years later I realized I have/HAD GAP and a maintenance plan that I've NEVER even used the entire 5 years I've had the truck. The truck now has been paid off in full and they are refusing to refund me my funds for the remainder of the GAP. Telling me that I must come in (I live 4.5 hours away) and my information is all the same as when I purchased the vehicle. I even sent them documents to verify my identity. I've contacted Jackie Bellinger and Brittany Lese in the F&I office at the dealership and they keep giving me the runaround. AVOID this dealership at all cost. By the way, conveniently, after my 36K mile warrant expired the AC went out and I continued to receive notifications via ONSTAR that the engine was going to fail. I was told it was going to be over 3K to repair and GM would not cover anything but $186 of it.
