Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? They were more than fair, actually sold me the vehicle below MSRP (I assume the question above about at MSRP is getting at over, so I answered yes. It was a custom order, and I had another dealer not in my city promise to order me the same vehicle at a discounted price. My local dealer matched it. They were super fair on my trade in as well. The finance office did offer many protection packages, but they were ok if I declined them (which I did, I prefer to self insure). I was always treated with respect, dignity, and a smile whenever I worked with any dealer personnel. They were friendly, respectful, and worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted, at a very fair price. I do wish maybe the sales and service staff knew a bit more about the vehicle, its functions, features, etc. But, in fairness, GM changed the infotainment and instrument cluster for 2022, and there haven't been any vehicles on the lot for the people to try and play with to learn. So this may be more of a ding on GM itself in not providing enough training and information to the dealers than on the dealership staff. Net, this was a great experience overall. Only reason I rated it a 9 instead of a 10 was the finance manager got a little rude when we declined all his extra offers; but, I understand, he is human and probably wanted a great commision.
