Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? | Lame. Shady. Dishonest. Purposefully took advantage of me and completely dropped me the moment I left the dealership. Told me I had 2 keys, one valet and one normal fab key. Which you need to de-activate the alarm or else you can only lock it from the inside and unlock it with the "valet" key while a timing beep gets faster and faster until the alarm goes off. Unless you get in and start it. I didn't notice that the key he handed me wasn't a key fob until I got home, after they were closed. I thought no big deal, called and left a message. After 3 calls and 2 emails to everyone involved plus 3 different managers and one visit, I got one very moody call back, telling me to find out how much the key fobs were pay for it and bring the receipt to maybe be reimbursed. Also, because the dealership is a Honda dealership, they only certify Honda cars. That wasn't clear at all either. They obviously cleared the dashboard lights through the OBDII tools system they have, because the check engine light came on not but 50 miles after buying it. The hood prop and it's place holder are all out of whack and the hood won't close unless the prop is shoved back into the wrong place. Then you have to really slam the hood closed to shut it and the fog light brackets pop out because of the hard closing. Overall, it started out nice, Nick was friendly enough, they had a decent rating and all these awards for great customer service and then I signed the paperwork. Once that was done, it seems that they dropped any pretense about their true character and morals. Sewer rat with a magic top hat slinging to-good-to-be-true deals. Or even slightly fair deals so far. |
