Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?I recently contacted Heritage Honda regarding pricing on a new 2022 Honda vehicle. This dealer's website listed a fair number of vehicles in inventory which I hoped would mean the dealer had some interest in selling those vehicles. I was, apparently, wrong. I used the dealer's website to request this information. The dealer representative responded with an email with a price. The email contained one price, noted as e-price, which was $2,000 over MSRP and an attachment related to the vehicle. The attachment included a price noted as the internet price which was MSRP, $2,000 less than the e-price. I responded to this email with an inquiry as to which price, the e-price or the internet price, was correct. I also inquired as to whether this dealer had any dealer fee and/or mandatory add-ons to the price. A simple question which should be easily addressed by the dealer representative. This dealer did not have the courtesy to respond to my inquiry. So what are they hiding? Personally, this is a dealer I have removed from my list of contending Honda dealers for this as well as any future purchases. As this dealer cannot spend a bit of time addressing a customer's questions regarding prices, I see no reason to consider this dealer.
