I contacted ~50 dealerships and for the specific car I wanted and they all went above MSRP and only gave canned responses, not listening or caring to answer my questions and only wanting me to come in for a test drive (I live 1000+ miles away). Thomas Cumberland not only met MSRP as a standard, but did the entire deal online, and was always super responsive and incredibly friendly (I bugged them for 2 weeks before I even decided to purchase and they never rushed me). And then when I went to purchase the car there was 0 pressure to add any extended warranty, gap insurance, or protection plan. No add on either! They asked if I was interested, I said no, and they said okay, it took all of 30 seconds. They also informed me I qualified for 0% financing, a nice tip! $0 down too. This was my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership, let alone a new car in today’s market, and Thomas Cumberland made it so easy and fun that I would actually do it again! I’d recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. They told me their salespeople are paid by salary, not commission, and it really shows. The difference in their service compared to everyone else in the region is night and day.
