Did you purchase a new or used vehicle?I haven't purchased yet, but I have contacted dealers
    Year2021
Did they sell you the car at MSRP?Yes
Did they require you to purchase accessories? No
Did they require you to purchase protection packages?Yes
How likely is it that you would recommend this dealer to a friend?0
What fees did they add and how much did they charge you?
What accessories or protection packages did they require you to purchase and how much did they charge you?Ford Blue Advantage, Blue Certified(not Gold) 3 month/4K miles...comes with a new set of all weather mats...so you feel like you're getting something for the $1995 they charge you...as per the salesperson...and the old (but almost new looking original mats were right under the box with the new ones in the trunk) you can't make this crap up, LOL! The 2 cars I was looking at (2021 Mustang GT 1399 miles $40500 and 2021 Mustang High Perf Ecoboost 3788 miles $33500) were at a good price with no mention of this $1995 fee online. Their own website lists it as Ford Blue Advantage Certified "Price does not include applicable tax, title, license, and $500 processing fee" no mention of the extra $1995
Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?2021 High Performance Ecoboost Mustang 3788 miles $33,500 Ford Blue Advantage Blue Certified 3 months/4K miles $1995 Processing Fee $500 Tags/Fees ~ $356 Taxes VA $1493.79 Total ~ $37845 They would NOT allow outside financing (no Navy or PenFed, etc.) You could NOT pay cash Salesperson said, yeah, we get everyone pushing back on the Ford Cert Fee. I said well you don't advertise it and you spring it on a customer once at the dealership. Further, why are you certifying 2021 cars with 1300 and 3788 miles on them and years/miles of factory warranty left??? She said we certify ALL our cars and started to go through the list of what that entails to which I told her Maryland Inspection covers all that, if not more! Completely ridiculous...
