They also mentioned, since this is an "order," that any accessory the plant and Toyota decide to add on we must pay for it. Even if it is above the MSRP that was agreed upon in the build sheet that was formed on Toyota's website.
Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?								They have always been respectful and direct. I bought a Toyota Prius Prime in 2021 and had a fine experience. Paid well below MSRP (with incentives and rebates of course) and they were willing to negotiate my trade.

Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?								I contacted the dealership via AcceleRide service. The offered to order a car for me if I chose a few add-ons (in case I don't buy the car). The dealership offered me the high end of KBB trade-in on my car.

I personally have had a similar experience so far. I am on a wait list and put down a $500 refundable deposit. They initially added on a protection package (interior/exterior treatment?) and nitrogen filled tiers. Though they thankfully removed those items when I asked.
All positive so far, I’ll leave a review once I fully complete transactions with them.

Before you consider buying from IRA Toyota, check their service department. We had several really bad experiences, between incompetent (messed up the first ‘free’ service – long story but serious) and fraudulent (deliberate acts, for which they ended up not charging me after I called them on it, to avoid me having a legal claim). When I complained to the General Manager, I got a standard ‘thank you for your business’ response that completely ignored the issues. We had bought three cars from them in the past, but for the next Toyota we went to a different dealership nearby.
