I tried to get them to lower the doc fee. They said it was set by law and they could be audited and fined for charging a lower amount. I said, fine, just give me $500 more for my trade which they did. I thought I got a fair trade in for my 2021 Toyota Highlander. I got $4000 more than I paid for it last year. They also were going to add over $1600 in dealer installed items. I refused all. They said they would remove everything except the pulse (lights), since it was a safety item. I reluctantly agreed.
