Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?tl:dr - Wayne Kroner's no-nonsense approach sold me Mom's 2009 Jetta S (less than 60k mi and in excellent shape) was rear-ended on April 1st (not my kind of April Fools prank) and was totaled. Mom wanted a replacement Jetta, so I began my search. VW Orland only had Jettas in transit while another southside VW dealership made an offer that was 15% over their website advertised price. Ended up looking at one in Merrillville, IN (about an hour away) on Weds. Started with an online inquiry and Jacob emailed me right away and let me know that Wayne would be my contract person. Wayne emailed me with the OTD (out-the-door) price. It was a bit higher than I expected due to a dealer add-on (etching). Other than that, it was near the price I expected to pay due to low inventory. Exchanged a few more emails and calls and were in the dealership on Saturday to pick-up the car For me, no-nonsense, straight-talk gets my attention more than being sold (handled). Though I didn't get the price I wanted ($200 more when not counting the etching cost), it was a fair price overall. Tim (finance guy) was also great to work with - again, no nonsense
