Handled everything over the phone then the car was delivered for free. Went over the car then signed the documents. Excellent experience with a better deal I could find in Indianapolis along with a great sales manager (Abby) and free delivery. They did not once try to get me to buy anything additional nor was any dealer accessories installed on the vehicle at the lot. Car was there for 78 days before my purchase.
