Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?I talked to multiple dealerships (in five different states) in advance of this purchase. I wanted a very specific model with all the features. Most dealerships were charging over MSRP and some required a trade in. I chose this dealership because they told me over the phone they would never charge more than MSRP. I made an in-person appointment on 11/27 to order it. I gave the salesman my wish list based on 2021 specs I printed from the Toyota website. I asked for the out-the-door price. Since prices for the for the 2022 model year weren't yet published, the General Manager wrote "estimated" on the bill of sale and added the words "We will not sell above MSRP." The dealership never added any extra items, except that I asked them to put Paint Protection Film on the front after they called me and told me it hadn't been added at the factory and add the mud flaps (also not added at the factory). These two items were on the wish list I provided the dealership when I placed the order. I paid the 2022 MSRP, plus the cost of Paint Protection Film (PPF) and mud flaps. The cost of PPF was more than on the Toyota website, but it covered more area so I was fine with it it. The dealership price of the mud flaps were $6 more, but they agreed to the Toyota website price when I brought it up. They took my car to a local car detailing shop for the installation and I picked up my Rav 4 on 2/2/22. I paid cash and did not trade in my Toyota Avalon. My time in the finance office was short as I brought in a cashiers check for the exact amount I was anticipating. I was not pressured to buy a warranty or anything else. It was a very pleasant car-buying experience. The salesman showed me the features of my car and I was on my way home in about an hour.
