Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? This by far the worst dealership in the Chicagoland area. They have all their used and new inventory over market adjustments any where from $3,000 to $15,000 over MSRP for their new inventory!!! So please beware of that before shopping at their Gerald dealerships. Perfect example: I bought my Ford Bronco sport with a $3,000 over MSRP and they add a thief protection as well. I tried negotiating the market adjustment but they didn’t want to give me a discount or take off that market adjustment off my deal. Also about two weeks later. I noticed the bronco having differential problems while driving. It was making loud ticking noise from the differential and I took it to Gerald Ford service department and they told me it’s normal and it seems like they didn’t want to check or diagnose the differential. I noticed the service department didn’t even drove it to check anything because I have their FordPass App on my phone and it tells you the exact miles on your odometer. So before I left my car I checked the mileage to verify if they had driven or diagnosed the bronco. I asked the service advisor if they drove it or diagnose the bronco they said Yes and I showed them my mileage when I left it and pick up and it was the exact miles before. So they lied to my face, so I took my keys and went to a different Ford dealership in Naperville, Illinois. I did the same thing checked and verify my miles before I left. They call me 3 days later saying that they don’t hear or nothing is wrong with the differential. I asked to speak to the service manager and I showed him my mileage from 3 days ago and the mileage was still the same when I left it. The service manager face was so red and embarrassed that I catch them in their own lies. This is why you need to do your homework before you go to any dealership around your area. I finally took it to another Ford dealership and explain the past weeks what has happened to me and they were completely shocked and noted that they will be getting Ford Corporate involved in this matter. The worst experience you can ever believed. Ford Corporate had to do a buy back process that took about 3 months to finalize everything and explain my frustration and aggravation. I would like to share this story with your YAA family and subscribers the experience that I had if you don’t mind getting in contact with me. Thank you!
