Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? We had a Subaru Forester that was totaled. We were looking to replace it with a Highlander, knowing we had kids in our future plan. We looked at a couple of dealerships, none had the color combination we wanted. But Elgin Toyota did, and they offered a good price to get us in the door. We already liked the car, so the sale process began on an easy note. Get into the finance office and the hard sell began. I had good credit, but my wife was new to the US and had very little history at the time. He forced us into buying an extended warranty, without which apparently Toyota was not willing to finance us. I was a novice at the time with the whole car buying process and we gave into the pressure. The lower price that we saw online was already up in the air with the price we paid for the extended warranty (which was practically useless on most Toyota's).
