What fees did they add and how much did they charge you?Dealer documentation fee $699 1 yr Caltex Resistall fabric interior and leather protection warranty standard on all vehicles non-negotiable $695 Registration fee $198 License fee $25 Govt certificate of title fee $18
What accessories or protection packages did they require you to purchase and how much did they charge you?
Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? The F & I lady Shana was rude and short answers and dismissive and tight lipped when I declined addional add ons, plus the mechanical insurance/extended warranty that covered outside of the manufacturers warranty still active at the time of sale. She didn't like me asking to see the contact on the one add on fee they refused to remove....I pointed out the "not required by lender to purchase vehicle" bold print and she said it's not required by the lender as noted in the disclaimer but is required by the dealer for the sale. I would love to return to the dealership but would cringe if I had to work with her again.... she visibly got out of sorts like a disgruntled teen about those add ons. Shared both mostly positive feedback and the F&I intense awkwardness and the dealership was responsive and appreciated the feedback. Teddy the salesperson was a gem. He's the main reason I enjoyed my time there and pointed me exactly to what I needed based on listening to me. He has years of experience and is so kind, respectful, helpful, a straightshooter, and responsive.
