I told them this was a want not a need and they were nuts adding all that crap. The Salesperson tried to "educate" me that there is a shortage of cars as he noted I was calling from VA...more crap, but too much to type. Let it suffice to say either lack of product knowledge, dealer inventory or outright lie...quickly puts the customer on the defensive culminating in presentation of a turd of a buyer's order...I offered MSRP and my state taxes and told them to enjoy the recession.
