Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Did all the negotiations via text and email. Never had to sit in the Finance office. Paperwork was printed out and we sat in the our salesman's office to finalize all that. No pressure to buy anything extra. It was the easiest car deal ever and we were able to get the vehicle we wanted at an OTD price that was $2,400 below the MSRP. In today's market that is nothing short of a miracle. Prof positive that there are dealers out there that believe in customer satisfaction. Anthony Edwards, our salesman, the first person who didn't get under my wife's skin after 5 minutes was remarkable. Listened to what we wanted and appeared to be totally honest and transparent throughout the entire process.

Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?I ordered a truck from Rivard GMC on 1/22/22 and I got the truck on 4/29/22, truck was priced at about 9% below MSRP which came out to about $8400 off so I thought the deal on the truck was fair given what I've seen other dealers charging for new vehicles, my salesman (Justin Ramer) handled everything about sale and was very professional, always kep me informed thru out the build process and delivery of the truck, never pushed extras on me to buy, i know a couple other people that has bought from Rivard and they will go back again just as i will.

Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Maybe you should add... did the dealer sell below MSRP? Rivard Buick GMC typically sells all of it's vehicles at 9 or 10% below MSRP, which is what happened in my case and what we are expecting to happen when my wife's new Terrain comes in. Anthony Edwards is excellent... never any pressure to buy something you don't want and the process was totally transparent. One note, they do have an $895 dealer fee and charge $49 for Nitro, but when you look at an out the door price that is less than MSRP you can easily over look those junk fees.

Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? They sold me an ordered Yukon Denali Diesel at 9% below MSRP. The standard Florida $899. dealer fee was collected. No other expensive packages required and it was a very soft sell on what packages were available. I did have to wait 15 weeks for delivery and I had to remove a max tow option to get the order accepted when the dealer called with his first allocation. No deposit was collected when ordering as I was a previous customer. I waited to tell this on the community forum since it sounded to good to be true. I am now driving it, so it factual. Unfortunately, GMC allocations are dismally low and there is a long wait even at a high volume dealer like Rivard in Tampa FL.
