Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?I picked up my new truck this past Thursday! I ordered a 22 King Ranch 601A , Tow Tech, CCD, with Adaptive Steering on Feb 15th. Drove it home June 16th. I have found myself to be very fortunate in this journey in many ways. My wait time, while a bit long at 4 months, is considerably shorter than many here on the site and in the tracker. There were no deleted options, I received the truck as I ordered it. The dealership I worked with was FANTASTIC!. I ordered through Mullinax Ford of New Smyrna Beach, Fl. When I placed the order in Feb., I used the X-plan program. Ford was still (and still is) ironing out their build web site and did not have all the options applied correctly. Adaptive steering was listed as standard in the packages when I ordered. In March, Adaptive steering appeared as an option on the build page and I updated my order to include it. I received and signed a DORA at each event. Come delivery time, Ford was only seeing the second DORA in their system and not willing to honor price protection to the first DORA. The dealership, Mullinax Ford, stepped in and honored the price protection on their end! They took the deal out of the X-plan, worked out the price to where it should be with price protection, and made the deal! With a little patience with the dealership everything came out Great! If you a looking for a truck in Central Florida, Mullinax Ford of New Smyrna Beach has earned my highest recommendation. Ask for Ashley.
