  Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?								This dealership is called Rick Case Genesis. First thing, Donnie Barnes is a great salesperson. The issue is with F/I. They used deceiving tactics and lied to throw in items that were not asked for (in fact I refused one of them) and they added it anyway. I now paid over $300 for a maintenance package that I refused and was told it was being "thrown in as a gift for free", and I still refused. I had to ask for paperwork that I signed and they would not provide me with everything I signed.
