Extremely professional and transparent. They tried adding a small dealer add on, but said no and it was no problem taking it off. We agreed on an OTD price that was less than suggested on the joinyaa OTD calculator. No issues at financing. Qualified for their lowest rate and they didn’t try sneaking anything in or increasing the rate. Very friendly, straightforward, transparent process. Definitely a good dealership to work with.
