Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Good communication via email to start, worked with Andrew Garrett for the sale. Absolutely zero pressure, it transparent from the start MSRP plus tax tag and title. No prep fee, no dealer add one. The doc fee was 699 which was 300-400 less than the other places I looked. APR for the finance was 2.5% which was better then my local bank and better than the current market rates, there was no buy rate vs sell rate. Andrew handled everything up to signing the contract. No pressure to purchase and add-ons from F&I. On my tree they tried to low ball me and I said no, they came back in 5 minutes with what I asked for, again no games or BS. I know Florida dealers can be bad, but this place was exactly what I was told in my emails conversations. In this market these folks are nice to do business with.

Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?Arrived to test drive a GV70. Found out it was traded the day before to another dealership. Saw a GV80 on the lot still in plastic. Asked if we could drive that was told it had to be PDI'd first. No problem. the night before I emailed with the sales manager and was told this dealership charged no pre-delivery fees while most did based on my research. Told they added no dealer installed options during their PDI. Also advertised no additional dealer mark up for "market price adjustmentr" I got the sticker saw MSRP, saw no addtional factory options. Sat down to do the deal and there was nothing outside of MSRP. They tried to knock 300.00 of my trade and I simply said you want to lose the sale of 67K car over 300.00? Needless to say I got my asking price for my trade which I believed was fair - notice I said fair I didnt try to play games on my trade. For the F&I portion - I signed everything with my salesman because they felt is was better to have the customer sign most of the legal stuff with someone they were familair with dealing with. He knew the paprwork inside and out. They even covered the menu basically told me folks who qualify for the rate promotions like we did dont normally buy anything extra while handing me the menu and a declination which I signed. No bull, no pressure to by anything. My rate was 2.5% per the special promotion. FI signed the actual contract with me which matched by purchase order exactly. It was a great experience and very quick. 100% would buy from them again. No mark up on one of the newest and hottest SUVs in the GV80, that was nice.
