Best dealership experience I've ever had. Ken Logan was an excellent salesperson and he exerted no pressure to buy accessories or a VSC. He and I even did all the F&I work at his desk and not in a closed office with a manager looking to sell me all sorts of things I have no interest in buying. It took just over 90 minutes to do the deal as it was a little simpler with no trade-in and a cash deal as well. This dealer let's you put all the taxes, DMV fees, and the doc fee on a credit card. I wrote a personal check for the balance. Getting back to the deal, these people are very transparent and are a one price store. Ken had my vehicle detailed and fueled and ready to go upon arrival. This was truly a different car buying experience for me. Anyone in the Tampa area considering a new Hyundai or Genesis should contact Ken Logan and see what he can do for you!

This is a "no haggle" style of dealership, similar to CarMax. I don't normally care for this type of sales model, normally preferring to negotiate for a good deal, but today's used car market is pretty crazy. Car dealers don't care to haggle right now because demand is so high thanks to COVID and the associated backlog of components production and labor issues. Therefore, the marked conditions are making "normal" dealers add all kinds of garbage gimmicks and extras to drive their pricing up. The no-haggle sales model tends to lock pricing in at or near blue-book value. Based on that, the asking price of my recently purchased used car was within reason, with no added-on garbage fees. Also, this dealer had no issue with me using my own financing (AAA Auto Loans) and they helped facilitate the transaction. It was pretty quick and painless overall.
