They had the vehicle advertised on the internet for $2,000 below MSRP but when I got to the dealer, there was a $5,000 market adjustment on the bump sticker to the right of the normal window sticker (Monroney) salesman showing the vehicle was pushy and defending that market adjustment. I got in my car to leave, and as a last ditch effort, marched straight up to the "pit" showed the sales manager the ad on the internet and asked if he would honor that price. He said yes. after going through F&I I got popped hard for an extended warranty. I felt some remorse over what happened in F&I but the car was great. All was well until April 3rd when the vehicle suddenly stopped working and I took it in for warranty repair. It is now June 26th and the car is still not repaired. I have a lemon law buy back going through Kia corporate but it won't finish until September. The underlying issues with this dealership is poor communications and complete incompetence in their service department when it comes to electrified vehicles. Their Service manager Gina avoids you, won't respond to emails. their website has intentionally incorrect email addresses so you can't reach them. Lies all around. Car sits for weeks without being worked on, when asked they blame Kia techline not helping them. Techline says dealer isn't communicating. Just endless inaction and finger pointing.
