Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership?I have purchased at least 10 new vehicles in my lifetime, I can honestly say H&L Chevrolet was the best car buying experience I've had. I was never pressured into buying the vehicle. Its a smaller store but I like that. It didn't have that slimy dealer image that most people think of. Its clearly a mom and pop type store that genuinely cares about helping shoppers. They had a bunch of cool old classic cars out for display. It felt like going back in time. They only had 1 Tahoe that had just came in that morning. I drove down to check it out. They quickly appraised my leased 2019 Tahoe while I was out test driving. They didn't play any games. Very transparent. Told me right away I had equity in my old lease and asked me if I wanted a check back or apply it to the new lease. They never lied or tried to hide the fact that the selling price was over MRSP. I understand there is a shortage, it is what it is. At least they were really nice about it. It would be great if there where more stores like this one. You don't find places like this anymore. I was greeted with a big smile and a handshake and felt right at ease. I could tell this wasn't going to be an uncomfortable process right front the start. They even have a dealership mascot running around, a little French bull dog named Diesel. The guy that does all the paperwork and contracts was great. No pushy tactics. He asked me if I wanted wheel and tire protection for the 22in wheels the vehicle had. I took it. Seemed like cheap insurance for expensive wheels. The entire process from Road testing, to leaving with the new Tahoe took about an hour. That's probably the fastest I've ever gotten in and out of a dealership. I've been driving Chevrolets all my life, I don't think I can go anywhere else now. H&L Chevrolet is the only place I'll be shopping for new Chevrolets.
