Is there anything else you want to share with us about this dealership? | I contacted McDonald Mazda North online seeking a particular trim and color combination after being ignored for a month by another dealership that was supposedly working on my behalf to source one from the regional distributor. Lorena at McDonald contacted me within a couple days after a reservation holder with the specs I sought cancelled their order. There was no pressure to take dealer add-ons. A few exterior care items were offered but not forced. Most of the details were ironed out via text and online. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle, could speak with experience about Mazda's other offerings and was proud of her workplace. Similar experience with Eric in their F&I office. They offered me a higher rate than I had preapproved through a credit union. But then they worked directly with the credit union, honoring the rate and terms and saving me some back and forth. He offered some add-ons from a menu, but agreed to share the package prices and did not pressure me to accept. That approach got me to agree to a couple years of basic maintenance that penciled out to a fair price in my mind. Great experience. If I purchase another Mazda in the future, I will gladly reach out to them first. |
