A final out the door price including tax, all fees, everything was verbally agreed upon. Then $2k was added to the sales price and $2.9k extended warranty was added even though the finance officer repeatedly tried to get me to accept it and I repeatedly told the finance officer that I didn't want it. I went back to the dealership several weeks after noticing the loan amount was much more than verbally agreed upon. They played dumb and the sales manager told me I was trying to get a lower price than what I signed for. I sat with the finance officer to cancel the extended warranty. Even though he claimed to cancel it, he didn't. Fortunately I kept checking with the bank and the credit wasn't coming through. I had to contact the service provider and it was through them that I had it credited. It took me months to get the $2.9k credit from the dealership. From reading yelp reviews, there are many people experiencing the same corrupt sales methods. Will never take my car there for service and I've told everyone I know not to take their business there. Miserable crooks. |
