I placed a factory order and it came a week early (9 weeks total). I was never pressured to purchase any options or warranties, and was given a fair offer on my trade. Paperwork took 10 minutes and the salesman was patient enough to show me all of the features on my new car for the remainder of my time. They did not tack on any strange fees or increase my interest rate, everything was smooth and simple. Loved this experience!
