They were generally rude. They didn't care if I bought the car or not. They screwed up on my payoff when I was perfectly transparent on what I owed. They tried to make it right but I still had to go up in payment to cover the difference (they split it with me). The Desk Manager said straight out that she hoped I did not buy the car because they could make more money selling it to someone else.
